Email Notifications

Taramala sends a number of configurable emails to students. The different types of emails can be reviewed on the Setup/Mail tab.

All emails are enabled by default but can be disabled in the Setup/Mail tab.

Editing Emails

You can edit the templates for each of these emails. To this:

  • Use the 'Select Mail Type' pulldown to select the email you want to edit,
  • Use the editor to make changes,
  • Use 'Save' to save your changes. You can also revert to the original version of the email if that is helpful.

CARDEXPIRATION Card expiration reminders are sent out to students four weeks before they expire reminding students to use their punchcard before it's expires.
ONLINENOTIFICATION Sends the link to online classes.
CLASSCANCELLED Sent to students when a class is cancelled in Taramala.
CLASSDIGEST Sent to teachers before class to let them know who is currently signed up for the class.

Dear <student-firstname>,

Just a friendly reminder that you have a punch card that will expire on 05/01/2020 as they are good for only so many months after purchase.

We hope you can make it into the studio to take more classes before then!
