While classes are recurring on a weekly or other basis, events have a set date which they occur. You can create and edit events and private sessions in Setup/Events. Events show on the studio website as do other classes. Signup, waitlists, cancellation support all work for events in that same way they are supported for classes.

How to setup a Multi-day Event
For a multi-day event, especially one where there is a fixed fee for the entire event, one way to setup it up is to set the start date for the event to be the first day of an event and then in the event description, list out the other dates of the event.
