Student and Teacher Notes

Taramala allows you to store notes about your students as well as 'Teacher Notes' which are notes about a class that are used to communicate information and tips to teachers teaching that class. This information is also communicated to teachers in the class digest email that goes out to teachers before each class.

Notes support is available as an ala carte item for a small monthly charge (five dollars/month). Check your Setup/Billing page for access to this feature.

Teacher Notes

Teacher notes can be created for your teachers in the class signin page. Once entered, these notes will continue to be viewed on all instances of this class going forward (rather than just being for one instance of a class).

To help communicate these notes to the teacher teaching a class (or yourself), these notes also go out in the class digest email that goes out to teachers before each class.

Student Notes

Student notes can be written and read from the students tab. There is a click-to-edit field there that allows you to save and read these notes.
