Class Waitlists

Waitlist support is provided in the studio website for classes that have a limit to the number of students that can attend. This maximum is defined in class maximum class size.

Once a class is filled, students will be offered a link to add themselves to the waitlist for the class. Once they are on a list, if space opens in the class the student is sent an email that lets them know that they can now signup for the clss in the studio website.

If there is more than one person on the waitlist, only the first person is notified. Then after an hour passes, if the student has not responded by going to the studio website and registering for the class, the second student on the waitlist is sent the same email, and so forth for the remainder of the waitlist.

Waitlist functionality continues to operate this way until an hour before the class starts.
